We are so excited for our Outdoor Family Adventure May 16-17 - Optional early checkin on Thursday May 15.

Schedule

Thursday 5/15 - Optional additional night

• 4 PM Optional Early Check in and set up camp- We will be there to direct everyone where to go! We know school is still in but some families choose to take an extra day off.

Friday 5/16 -Checkin anytime throughout the day

• 6 PM - Potluck dinner!! Bring your favorite dish

• 7:30 PM Devotional and songs with Mr. Mike // Campfire for s’mores, etc.

Saturday 5/17 -

• 8:30 AM Potluck Breakfast and Omelet bar! Bring your favorite topping chopped and cooked if needed. We've got the eggs covered! 

• 10 AM Archery with Mr. Mike and Meredith

• 12:00 PM - Tie Dye your own shirt (bring your own white shirt, we will provide all of the dye materials)

• We may swap archery and tie dye if there is morning rain or if the field is wet from rain the night before. Right now the weather looks great!

• 2:00 PM Afternoon hike once everyone is cleaned up from Tie-Dye

• 4:00 PM - Break Camp and head home

Important Info

Some people will choose to come hang out for the day on Friday and Saturday and some will choose to camp overnight. The only fee is if you are staying overnight.

• Tent Sites $40 per night  //  Trailer sites $50 per night (trailer sites are limited to 5- 1st come/1st serve)

• Shower/Bath houses located at several areas around property

• Lake is available for fishing/canoeing all weekend

• Kitchen area has refrigerator and microwave. Feel free to store items in the refrigerator if needed

• Electricity is available in kitchen area but tent sites do not have electric

• Trailer sites have electric only/no water/sewer

• Pool will not be opened yet.

• Group meals will be Friday potluck and Saturday Omelet breakfast

• 4C will provide S'mores Friday night.

• Quick reminder that the campground has a no pet policy 

There is a convenience store right down the road so we will make a few ice runs if needed!

Camping gear if you are staying overnight

Bath towels and all shower items 

Chairs

Bug spray

Sunscreen

Bathing suits and towels and whatever swimwear you need

Potluck item for Friday night

Omelet item for Saturday morning

Food for your fam as long as you are here 

Any fun games you would like to bring

If you are missing anything please reach out. Several people may have items that you can borrow. Please invite grandparents, friends, and family to come hang out.
